SubVersion Stop 357: Muttley SubVersion's End Of Year 2026 Chart 'Record Label Of My 2026'

This 2026 entry is posted early for those in the frame of mind that jungle is still too sparse on our online and offline shelves. Other 'of 2026' recommendations will be added before New Year's Eve 2026. [] Label of my year 2026 for me goes to...Synedoche, or Synedoche Tapes, a record label operating in the Audio Cassette, CD and Digital formats. The variety is vast, sounding like dapper junglism set waxwork. From the gnarly juke esque jungle of Synedoche 05 Compilation [ https://synecdochetapes.bandcamp.com/album/syn05-2] to the multi liminal genius of 'Where Are You When You Are Not Here? [Synedoche 07] [ https://synecdochetapes.bandcamp.com/album/syn07-where-are-you-when-youre-not-here] to October 2026's 'A Narrow Slice Of Freedom' [ https://synecdochetapes.bandcamp.com/album/syn08-a-narrow-slice-of-freedom] from the artist Demo Sphere, the record label brings a unique character to its electronica, putting fresh vibes like a pro golfer, where description struggles to meet a fitting, hole-in-one. Fantastic sound design throughout, with a Bvdub esque depth. Also highly recommended is the related record label Pure Life Records, who released 36 'Night Language' on digital and audio cassette in January 2026.
